"I have recently (August 09) had A-List Home Improvements install replacement fascias, guttering and soffits, as well as several windows at my property. Their two man team did an excellent job in replacing the fascias, guttering and soffits, in about 2½ days to a high standard.
They also organised the scaffolding (legally required to use) from a local company. The next week the 4 windows were replaced in a single day. For this, they also organised the visit from the CNC Building control team, whilst installation was underway (again as legally required).
The windows installed are of an excellent quality (Pilkington K glass) and gas filled to prevent heat loss. The work again was to a high standard, completed on time and to the original quote. At the end of each day all mess was cleared up & the property was left tidy.
The company also contacted me at the end of each day they were on site to check that I was happy with the work carried out that day and to advise what would be happening next.
Overall an excellent job done by a professional team and I would not hesitate to employ them again."
